Navigation: Use GPS and mapping apps to follow the most effective routes and avoid heavy traffic.
Customer Service: Greet passengers, assist with luggage, and maintain a polite and qualified demeanor.
Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to local traffic laws, speed limits, and safety regulations.
Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the car clean (interior and exterior) and perform basic maintenance like checking fuel, oil, and tire pressure.
Payment Processing: Handle cash fares or manage digital/in-app payments and issue receipts.
