Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and field-oriented Community Mobiliser to join our Skill Development Project. The candidate will be responsible for mobilizing youth and women, generating leads, and ensuring admissions for various skill training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily field visits in villages, communities, and nearby areas
Create awareness about skill development courses through meetings and door-to-door visits
Identify and counsel candidates and parents about training and placement opportunities
Generate daily leads and maintain proper follow-up for admissions
Achieve monthly mobilization and enrollment targets
Coordinate with Panchayat, local leaders, SHGs, and schools for outreach
Organize mobilization camps, awareness drives, and promotional activities
Assist candidates in registration and documentation process
Maintain daily activity report (DAR) and update data in CRM/register
Share geo-tagged photos and daily reports with the team




Support the center team in batch formation and candidate onboarding

Eligibility Criteria:
BSW / MSW preferred
Graduate in any discipline can also apply
1–3 years experience in NGO / skill development / mobilization / counselling preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply

Skills Required:
Good communication & convincing skills
Ability to work in field and target-based setting
Local area knowledge preferred
Basic smartphone knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, Google Maps)

Salary & Perks:
₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
Performance-based incentives
Travel allowance (if applicable)

Must be comfortable with extensive field work

Immediate joiners will be given preference
