Position: Sales Executive (Modular Kitchen & Wardrobes)

Job Role

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Sales Executive who can generate new business, handle customer inquiries, and convert leads into sales. The candidate should have positive communication and convincing skills and be passionate about helping customers choose the right modular kitchen and wardrobe solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new sales leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and referrals.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Understand customer requirements and explain our products and services.
Schedule showroom visits and site visits.
Prepare quotations/estimates and share them with customers.
Follow up regularly until the deal is closed.
Maintain customer data and update lead status.
Coordinate with the design and production team for smooth execution.
Build long-term relationships with customers and generate repeat/referral business.
Achieve monthly sales targets.





Required Skills
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Valuable knowledge of sales and customer handling.
Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email, Excel).
Ability to prepare quotations and maintain customer records.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Valuable negotiation and follow-up skills.

Preferred Qualification
Graduate (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Modular Kitchen, Wardrobes, Furniture, Interior, Building Material, or Home Improvement industry.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong learning attitude can also apply.

Salary

Salary will be based on experience and performance, along with attractive incentives on sales.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
