Job Brief

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to manage our digital database. You will compile, verify, and input source data directly into our computer systems. A successful candidate must possess excellent typing skills, a high level of accuracy, and robust attention to detail. Your primary goal will be to keep our company records exact, organized, and up to date.

Responsibilities and Duties
Input data accurately from paper formats or source documents into computer files, spreadsheets, or databases.
Verify information for accuracy by comparing inputted data against original source documents.
Correct errors or inconsistencies in text and numbers to maintain high data integrity.
Compile and sort raw information according to priorities to prepare it for seamless digital entry.
Research and gather further information to complete unfinished or missing documents.
Generate regular reports and export spreadsheets or documents as requested by management.
Perform digital backups to secure and preserve critical data systems.
Scan and print physical files,



ensuring proper organization of both digital and paper archives.
Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive customer, corporate, or financial data.

Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Office Clerk, or in a similar clerical role.
Fast and highly accurate typing speed, typically 40+ words per minute (WPM).
Solid proficiency in data programs and MS Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
Thorough understanding of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation rules.
Exceptional attention to detail with an ability to concentrate for long periods.
Excellent time-management and multi-tasking abilities to meet tight deadlines.
Basic knowledge of database management systems and office equipment like scanners or fax machines.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
