Job Responsibilities
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops and laptops.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues.
Install, configure, and maintain network and local printers.
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain biometric attendance devices.
Configure user accounts, email clients, and system applications.
Perform software installation, updates, and system patching.
Troubleshoot basic LAN/WAN and network connectivity issues.
Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users.
Maintain IT asset inventory and service documentation.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty support.




Ensure timely resolution of user support tickets.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience with desktop and laptop troubleshooting.
Experience in installing and maintaining printers and biometric devices.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi).
Robust problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
