Job Description

Aestheva Wellness is looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Indore.

The role involves handling leads, connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our services, following up with interested customers, and converting leads into appointments and sales.

This is a great opportunity for candidates who are confident, have robust communication skills, and are interested in sales and business development.

Responsibilities
Handle recent leads and customer enquiries.
Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and explain our services clearly.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Convert leads into appointments, consultations, and sales.
Schedule consultations with doctors and experts.
Build strong relationships with customers.
Generate new business opportunities.
Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
Maintain accurate lead and customer details in CRM.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams.




Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, inside sales, telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills and confidence are welcome to apply.
Solid convincing and negotiation skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person.
Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
