Role Overview:
We are looking for a Product Merchandiser with strong exposure to the D2C ecosystem. The role involves owning the product journey end-to-end—from deep market research and insight generation to procurement coordination and successful product launches—while creating differentiated, customer-centric product experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct deep product and market research to identify new product opportunities, consumer insights, and innovation gaps
Track trends and keyword demand across Indian and global markets to guide product strategy
Identify consumer problems and translate them into transparent, scalable product solutions
Develop strong design understanding, ensuring product differentiation and brand alignment
Act as a bridge between design, procurement, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
Manage the entire product lifecycle—from sourcing and procurement to sampling and launch
Collaborate closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure quality, timelines, and cost efficiency
Build compelling product experiences, focusing on usability, packaging, and customer delight




Support go-to-market strategy with insights for positioning, pricing, and storytelling

Must-Have Requirements:
Proven experience working in a D2C startup environment
Experience: 2-4years
Solid understanding of consumer behavior, e-commerce, and fast-paced product cycles
Hands-on exposure to product sourcing, vendor coordination, and launch execution
Ability to work cross-functionally with design, supply chain, and marketing teams
Data-driven mindset with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities
Department: NPD (New Product Development) – Looking for product/consumer goods merchandising experience, not fashion design/apparel background

Good to Have:
Experience in fitness or wellness D2C brands
Exposure to international sourcing and global trend analysis
Familiarity with tools for keyword research, trend tracking, and consumer insights

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
