Technical Skills
Engineering degree with 7+ years of experience in PLM data migration, with at least 3+ years in Windchill or Windchill+.
Direct experience with Windchill+ Bulk Data Migration Tool or Windchill loaders (WBM, loaders, Info*Engine-based utilities).
Proven track record executing CAD, Document, WTPart, and metadata migrations.
Expertise in:
Windchill+ Bulk Data Migration tools
Mapping transformation logic (attributes, soft types, classification)
CAD data structures (Creo required; SolidWorks/NX a plus)
WTParts, EBOM management, CAD–WTPart associations
Solid SQL/Oracle query skills for extraction and validation.
Familiarity with scripting (Python, Shell, PowerShell) for automation and data processing.
Understanding of Windchill+ data model, lifecycles, workflows, and security rules.
Experience migrating from:
Legacy PDM/PLM platforms
CAD vaults
ERP engineering data
