We are looking for a passionate and energetic HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and stakeholder management.

This role is ideal for recruiters who enjoy hiring across multiple functions and working in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, social media and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct telephonic HR screening interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Handle offer follow-up and joining coordination.
Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.




Meet monthly hiring targets.

Eligibility
Post Graduate qualification is mandatory
6 Months to 5 Years of recruitment experience
Excellent English communication skills
Pleasant personality and skilled attitude
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets
