Job Title: YouTube CMS & Music Distribution Specialist

Overview

We are hiring an in office YouTube CMS & Music Distribution Specialist to manage our digital catalog, Content ID rights, and music delivery across global DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Meta, TikTok).

Key Responsibilities
YouTube CMS & Content ID: Upload reference files, set match policies (Monetize/Block/Track), resolve ownership conflicts, and clear claim disputes/appeals.
Music Distribution & Metadata: Ingest audio tracks via DDEX/distribution portals, assign ISRCs/UPCs, and audit metadata (artists, songwriters, lyrics) to prevent rejections.
Platform & Royalty Ops: Extract monthly financial/asset reports,



assist with royalty calculations, and ensure catalog compliance with platform rules.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in YouTube CMS and music distribution at an MCN, music label, or digital distributor.
Valid YouTube Content Ownership or YouTube Music certification.
Solid understanding of Content ID, DDEX, ISRCs/UPCs, and digital copyright rules.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data reporting.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
