Job Purpose

To train candidates in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, routers) to prepare them for field-service roles.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Training: Teach PC/laptop anatomy, hardware assembly, OS installation, and modular troubleshooting (RAM, PCBs, power supplies).
Peripherals & Networking: Guide students on configuring printers, scanners, and basic Wi-Fi router networks.
Field Process: Instruct on customer handling, diagnostics, warranty checks, and job sheet documentation.
Safety & Lab Management: Enforce Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) safety protocols and maintain lab tools (multimeters, toolkits).
Assessments: Conduct practical mock tests and maintain student performance records.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: B.E.



/ B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent Hardware/Networking certification.
Experience: 2+ years in IT hardware field service or technical training.
Certifications (Optional / Preferred):
ToT (Training of Trainers) Certified by ESSCI / NSDC.
CompTIA A+ or Network+ certifications.

Job Types: Full time, Part time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
