Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with prior telecalling, customer service, or sales experience will be preferred.
Mandatory Requirement
Excellent spoken English is a must.
Ability to communicate confidently in Hindi and Punjabi will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students, parents, and other leads.
Respond to inbound enquiries professionally and promptly.
Explain the university's courses, admission process, eligibility criteria, scholarships, and facilities.
Counsel and guide prospective students regarding suitable academic programs.
Follow up regularly with leads and maintain a high conversion rate.
Schedule campus visits, counselling sessions, and online meetings.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM/ERP system.
Coordinate with the Admissions and Marketing teams for lead management and campaigns.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and escalate complex issues when required.
Ensure a positive experience for every prospective student and parent.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
Valuable interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Pleasant and skilled telephone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM/ERP systems).
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Positive attitude, patience, and customer-centric approach.
Experience
0–2 years.
