Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage civil engineering aspects of high-rise building construction, including structural and site works.
Coordinate and monitor plot development, land grading, road layout, drainage, and infrastructure design.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting across all phases of real estate development.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure design and construction quality.
Conduct site inspections, supervise in office execution, and resolve technical issues during construction.
Prepare and review civil drawings, BOQs, and tender documents.
Ensure adherence to local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.




Track project progress and submit regular reports to project managers and stakeholders.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BE/B.Tech).
5+ years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on high-rise buildings, real estate development, and plotting/layout design.
Solid understanding of construction methods, structural systems, and infrastructure planning.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, MS Project, and other relevant software.
Familiarity with regulatory approvals, zoning norms, and municipal processes.
Valuable communication, teamwork, and project coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Pay: ₹12,861.10 - ₹40,916.74 per month
