Videographer & Photographer – Social Media Content

We’re looking for a creative Videographer & Photographer who doesn't just know how to operate a camera—but understands how to make people stop scrolling and watch.

This role is for someone who wants to experiment, learn rapid, and create premium-quality social media content.

What You'll Do
Shoot high-quality Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, property videos, interviews and talking-head content.
Plan creative camera angles, framing, lighting, and movement instead of simply pointing and shooting.
Capture professional property photography and lifestyle shots.
Understand the purpose of each video and suggest how it can be shot more effectively.
Work closely with the content team to turn a simple script or idea into an engaging visual story.
Experiment with B-roll, transitions, compositions, cinematic shots and new content formats.
Maintain and properly handle cameras, lenses, lights, microphones and other production equipment.

Who We're Looking For

You should have:
Strong understanding of videography + photography fundamentals.
Valuable knowledge of lighting, composition, framing and camera movement.




An understanding of what works on Instagram and YouTube.
A strong visual sense—you should notice details that an average person doesn't.
Ability to shoot both people and real estate/property content confidently.
Willingness to learn new shooting styles and follow current content trends.

We're NOT Looking For

Someone who only says:

"Sir, bata dijiye camera kahan rakhna hai."

We want someone who can also say:

"Isko agar iss angle se shoot karein, opening shot aur powerful lagega."

Experience

Skills and portfolio matter more than degrees.

Freshers with an exceptional portfolio and strong creative sense are also welcome.
