Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer – Construction (Civil) to oversee and maintain quality standards at our project sites in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in construction quality control, site inspections, and documentation, ensuring all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor day-to-day construction activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications
Conduct regular site inspections, material checks, and workmanship reviews
Identify, document, and report non-conformities and recommend corrective and preventive actions
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and suppliers to maintain quality benchmarks
Maintain and update quality records, inspection reports, test results, and checklists
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, quality standards,



and statutory regulations
Assist during internal audits and third-party inspections as required
Support the site team in implementing quality assurance and quality control procedures

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (Mandatory)
2–5 years of experience in construction quality control / quality supervision
Solid knowledge of construction materials, methods, and testing procedures
Familiarity with quality control documentation, checklists, and reporting systems
Positive communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and report preparation
Ability to work independently and handle multiple site activities
