Training and Technical Development
Teach fundamental shooting techniques such as proper stance, grip, aim, breath control, and trigger release.
Develop customized daily, weekly, and seasonal training plans based on an academy’s curriculum (e.g., foundation to advanced levels).
Integrate mental focus, visualization, and tactical preparation into training sessions. [1
Range Safety and Compliance
strictly enforce all shooting safety rules and ensure athletes understand proper range conduct.
Manage the range setting and maintain open, explicit communication with athletes and parents.
Athlete Assessment and Reporting
Maintain detailed records of shooting scores, daily diaries, and overall progress.
Document athlete assessments and submit formal competition reports if traveling with teams.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
