Responsibilities
Source OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and US IT candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
Screen resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications.
Conduct initial HR screening calls.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Build strong relationships with candidates.




Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Learn US staffing processes, visa classifications, and recruitment tools.
Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets.

Requirements
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Excellent English communication skills.
Bachelor's Degree (Any Stream).
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in US Night Shift.
