Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Intern

Working Hours: 30 hrs/week

Stipend: ₹6,000 – ₹8,000/month

Duration: 3 / 6 months

About the Role
We're looking for 2 HR Interns to support day-to-day HR operations — recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation. Valuable fit for a student or fresher looking to build hands-on HR experience.

Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates on job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Assist with onboarding — documentation, ID creation, induction
Maintain and update employee records/HR database
Support in drafting offer letters, HR letters, and policy documents
Help organize employee engagement activities




Assist with attendance and leave tracking

Requirements
Pursuing/completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
Good communication skills (English + Hindi/Marathi)
Willingness to learn, proactive attitude
Prior internship experience in HR/recruitment is a plus (not mandatory)
