Loan Operations Executive (Calling Process)

Location: Andheri
Experience: Fresher to 1 Year
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:
Handle outbound and inbound calls related to loan products.
Follow up with customers regarding loan applications and documentation.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and process to customers.
Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and approvals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Resolve customer queries and provide timely updates on application status.
Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Skills Required:
Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email).
Customer service and follow-up skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.

Qualification:
Graduate / Undergraduate.
Fresher to 1 year of experience in calling, telecalling, customer service, or loan operations.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
