Job Title: Academic Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and experienced Academic Coordinator to oversee and enhance the school's academic programs. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Principal, teachers, students, and parents to ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and academic performance.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, monitor, and coordinate academic activities across all grades.
Support teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and curriculum implementation.
Ensure timely completion of the syllabus and adherence to the academic calendar.
Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
Organize teacher training sessions, workshops, and career development programs.
Monitor student performance and implement strategies for academic improvement.
Coordinate examinations, assessments, report cards, and result analysis.
Maintain academic records and prepare reports for school management.
Collaborate with parents and teachers to address students' academic needs.




Ensure compliance with CBSE/State Board guidelines and school policies.
Promote innovative teaching methods and the effective use of educational technology.

Qualifications
Master's Degree in Education or a relevant subject.
B.Ed. is mandatory.
Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in an academic leadership or coordination role.
Strong knowledge of curriculum planning and assessment practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and school ERP systems.
