Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and customer-focused Immigration Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound leads, counseling prospective clients, understanding their immigration goals, and converting inquiries into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inquiries from prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
Conduct detailed consultations and assess client eligibility for immigration, work permits, PR, and study visa programs.
Explain immigration pathways, visa requirements, documentation, timelines, and service offerings.
Build and maintain robust client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
Coordinate with documentation and processing teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Stay updated on immigration policies and program changes.




Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high client satisfaction levels.

Required Skills

Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
Experience in consultative selling and lead conversion.
