Job PurposeWe are seeking an uncompromised, process-driven Operations Manager to take absolute control of our plant efficiency, inventory auditing, quality control, and field logistics. You will manage the factory supervisors, washermen, and delivery teams, reporting directly to the Managing Directors (Owners).Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Audit Control: Enforce a strict "Zero Discrepancy" policy. Audit daily linen counts moving between hotels, our 7 retail outlets, and the central plant.
Financial Tracking: Eliminate operational leakages. Cross-verify daily fabric washing weights against chemical/utility consumption and POS billing logs.
Quality Assurance: Tackle Darjeeling’s water and weather challenges. Optimize formulas to eliminate iron staining, yellowing, and monsoon mildew.
Logistics Management: Oversee delivery route efficiency, vehicle turnaround times, and driver accountability across hill terrains.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience:



3 to 7 years in Industrial Laundry Management, Commercial Plant Operations, or Luxury Hotel Housekeeping/Linen Room Management.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of commercial washer-extractors, tunnel dryers, chemical dosing, and fabric lifespans.
Aviation/Grit: Ability to manage and maintain discipline among ground-level factory staff and drivers.
Languages: Fluency in Nepali and Hindi is mandatory; English is a solid plus.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
