Job Summary

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing overall store operations, managing the store team, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory, and achieving sales and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day store activities
Ensure shelves are properly stocked and organized
Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
Monitor opening and closing procedures
Ensure smooth billing and operational processes

Team Management
Hire, train, and supervise store staff
Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance
Handle leaves, discipline, and team coordination
Motivate employees and resolve team conflicts

Customer Service
Ensure excellent customer service standards
Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally




Maintain a welcoming shopping workplace
Support cross-selling and customer engagement initiatives

Inventory & Sales
Monitor stock availability and replenishment
Reduce stock loss and operational issues
Support sales growth and store performance targets

Required Skills
Solid communication and interpersonal skills

Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Retail or grocery store operations experience
Customer handling and operational management skills

Qualification & Experience
Any Graduate
Prior retail/store supervisory or managerial experience preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
