Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Mechanical Engineer – Fire / Water / HVAC / Plumbing to manage and maintain all utility and mechanical systems within the manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective operation, preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and smooth functioning of HVAC, fire fighting, water supply, and plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities

*HVAC Systems

-Monitor and maintain HVAC systems including AHUs, ducts, ventilation systems, and air conditioning units.

-Ensure proper temperature, humidity, and ventilation control in production and storage areas.

-Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities for HVAC equipment.

-Monitor energy efficiency and optimize system performance.

*Fire Fighting Systems

-Supervise maintenance of fire hydrant systems, sprinklers, fire pumps, extinguishers, and alarm systems.

-Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and standards.

-Conduct routine inspections,



testing, and emergency preparedness checks.

-Coordinate with external agencies during audits and inspections.

*Water Supply & Utility Systems

-Manage water supply systems, pumps, pipelines, overhead tanks, and utility equipment.

Ensure uninterrupted water availability for production and domestic use.

-Monitor utility consumption and implement conservation measures.

-Handle troubleshooting and repair of water-related systems.

*Plumbing Systems

-Oversee plumbing and drainage systems across the facility.

-Ensure proper functioning of sanitary and wastewater systems.

-Coordinate repair and maintenance activities to prevent leakage or blockage issues.

*General Responsibilities

-Prepare maintenance schedules and utility reports.

-Coordinate with production, maintenance, and safety teams.

-Supervise contractors and vendor activities related to utilities and mechanical systems.

-Ensure adherence to GMP, safety, and compliance standards.

-Maintain documentation for inspections, maintenance, and audits.

-Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
