Key Responsibilities
Monitor Cleanrooms: Inspect controlled manufacturing settings to ensure strict sterile protocols are followed. [1]
Perform Assays: Execute chemical, biological, and physical testing on raw materials, in-process batches, and finished drug products. [1, 2]
Audit Documentation: Review batch records, laboratory logs, and sterilization records for absolute accuracy.
Follow Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), FDA regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Calibrate Equipment: Maintain and calibrate sensitive laboratory instruments such as High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) systems, pH meters, and autoclaves.
Investigate Deviations: Document out-of-specification (OOS)



results and participate in root-cause investigations.

Job Requirements
Education: 12th Pass , ITI , Chemistry, Biochemistry,
Experience: 1 to 2 years of QC laboratory experience within a regulated pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of cGMP, aseptic techniques, microbial testing, and laboratory safety protocols.
Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, robust analytical thinking, and accurate technical writing skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
