Hiring: Junior Site Engineer

Location: Chennai
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month (Based on Experience)

Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
Prepare daily progress reports, site documentation, and maintain accurate project records.
Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality standards are consistently achieved.
Identify technical issues on-site and provide practical engineering solutions to minimise delays.
Ensure productive utilisation of manpower, equipment, and construction materials.
Conduct site measurements, verify completed work,



and assist with project planning and scheduling.
Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across the construction site.
Support timely completion of projects while maintaining quality, budget, and safety objectives.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 0–2 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.
Strong knowledge of Interiors, construction methods, site supervision, and quality control.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
Valuable communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
Willingness to relocate.
