Looking for well experienced manager in Factory Operations in Manufacturing Industry specialized in Roofing Steel/Aluminium Products.

Job Purpose

To plan, schedule, monitor, and control production activities to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery while optimizing resources, inventory, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with Sales, Design, Procurement, Stores, Production, and Quality departments to ensure smooth production flow.
Release work orders and monitor production progress through the ERP system.
Prepare and maintain production schedules, route cards, and manufacturing plans.
Monitor material availability and coordinate with Procurement and Stores to avoid production delays.
Track work-in-progress (WIP) and identify production bottlenecks.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per the approved plan.
Monitor machine capacity, manpower utilization, and production efficiency.
Coordinate with Quality Control to ensure products meet quality requirements.




Follow up on delayed orders and implement corrective actions.
Maintain production records, MIS reports, and planning documentation.
Monitor inventory levels and recommend actions to optimize stock.
Participate in production review meetings and submit planning reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and ISO requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce lead time.
