Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute sales strategies for SGES projects
Generate leads, build pipeline, and close deals
Understand client needs across sectors (Real Estate, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Govt.)
Offer customized technical solutions
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
Act as primary contact for technical sales queries
Technical Support
Provide technical guidance on products/services
Prepare proposals, technical documents, and presentations
Conduct case study discussions with clients
Market Research
Track market trends, competitors, and client needs
Identify new business opportunities and segments
Reporting & Coordination
Share sales reports, forecasts, and insights
Coordinate with engineering & project teams

Qualifications & Skills

Education:
Bachelor’s in Civil / Geotechnical Engineering

Experience:




5+ years in technical sales (preferably geotechnical/civil)
Proven sales target achievement

Technical Skills:
Robust knowledge of geotechnical engineering
Understanding of Indian industry standards

Communication:
Excellent English communication & presentation skills

Personal Traits:
Self-driven, proactive, target-oriented
Strong negotiation & interpersonal skills
Open to travel across India

Preferred Profile
Experience in large infrastructure/geotechnical projects
Robust industry network in India
Familiarity with SGES services/products (added advantage)

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
