What We're Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Field Sales within the Life Insurance and/or Motor Insurance industry.
Experience in
Partner Onboarding, Agency Sales, POSP Acquisition, Channel Sales, or Advisor Recruitment
Graduation is mandatory.
Robust communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard recent POSP/Channel Partners.
Build and maintain robust partner relationships.
Drive partner activation and productivity.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and compliance.
Support partners with product knowledge and sales guidance.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
