Prepare detailed cost estimates, quotations, and BOQs based on project requirements. Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to identify material and labour requirements. Calculate material quantities, labour costs, and overall project costs. Coordinate with the project, procurement, and technical teams for accurate estimation. Obtain and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations. Prepare and submit commercial quotations within the required timelines. Maintain estimation records and update costing based on market rates. Assist in tender preparation and submission. Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project quality and requirements. Requirements: Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or a relevant field. 2–3 years of experience in estimation/costing preferred. Good knowledge of MS Excel and estimation software. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and BOQs. Valuable analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Candidates with relevant construction/project experience will be preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
