Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Executive with proven experience in Real Estate. The candidate should have strong sourcing and closing skills, excellent communication, and be tech-savvy with AI tools to drive sales for our residential projects.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sourcing: Generate leads through digital, references, CPs, site visits, and databases
Sales & Closing: Handle site visits, property presentations, negotiations and close deals for Apartments/Villas
Client Relationship: Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure post-sales coordination
Market Research: Track competitor pricing, inventory, and market trends in Mumbai
CRM Management: Update daily activities, leads, and follow-ups in CRM accurately
Digital Communication: Engage clients via WhatsApp Business, Email, Calls and share property details, brochures, videos
AI & Tech Usage:



Use ChatGPT / AI tools for drafting proposals, client messages, property content, and improving productivity
Target Achievement: Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Graduate in any field. MBA preferred
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in Real Estate Sales in Mumbai
Age: 25 to 35 Years
Personality: Good personality, presentable, confident, and target-driven
Communication: Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English + Hindi
Technical Skills:
Excellent knowledge of Computers - MS Office, Excel, PPT
Proficient in CRM Software
Hands-on with WhatsApp Business for client engagement
Working knowledge of ChatGPT / AI tools for sales content & automation
Other: Own conveyance preferred. Willing to work on weekends
