Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Manager – Marketing to strengthen our presence across schools and colleges and generate current business opportunities through institutional engagement and student-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain professional relationships with schools, colleges and educational institutions.
Plan and coordinate student-focused projects, assessments, examinations, seminars, workshops and academic activities in institutions.
Engage directly with students and create awareness about relevant educational and career opportunities.
Identify potential student segments and generate a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
Collect and maintain accurate student, institution and lead data through various institutional activities.
Maximize lead generation through effective student engagement and institutional programs.
Identify recent schools and colleges and develop opportunities for long-term institutional association.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective follow-up and conversion of generated leads.
Track lead generation, institutional activities and business development performance.
Achieve assigned monthly lead generation and business development targets.
Represent the organization professionally while interacting with institutional management, faculty and students.

Requirements
1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, Education or EdTech preferred.
Prior experience working with schools and colleges will be highly preferred.
Strong institutional networking and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Strong ability to engage with students and educational stakeholders.
Target-oriented, proactive and self-motivated approach.
Good data management and follow-up skills.
Candidates with solid school/college connections and an established institutional network will have an added advantage.
