PROJECT ENGINEER – INTERIOR

Location: Anna Nagar East, Chennai

Job Responsibilities
Manage and execute residential interior projects from start to handover.
Study work orders, drawings, measurements, and project specifications.
Coordinate with carpenters, installation teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
Plan and monitor daily site activities as per project schedule.
Ensure proper execution of modular furniture and interior works as per drawings and quality standards.
Verify materials received at site against work orders and material checklists.
Coordinate with the factory, logistics, and project teams for timely material dispatch.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.
Coordinate electrical, plumbing, civil, and other related interior works.
Maintain project timelines and ensure timely completion.
Communicate project updates, site issues, and progress to the Project Manager / Zonal Manager.




Coordinate with clients and ensure smooth project execution.
Support part-payment and final-payment collection as per project milestones.
Complete project handover and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements
BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
Experience in residential interior execution is preferred.
Positive knowledge of interior site execution and drawings.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Positive leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet deadlines.
