Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Workday Reports & Integrations Analyst to support, enhance, and optimize the enterprise Workday ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Workday Reporting, Integrations, and Application Support, with hands-on experience in developing scalable reports, dashboards, and end-to-end integrations while collaborating with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Support and maintain the enterprise Workday ERP platform.
Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.
Develop, test, and deploy recent Workday enhancements and modules.
Manage change control processes and production migrations.
Support Workday upgrades, security, user access management, and system maintenance.
Monitor and resolve production issues through the ServiceNow queue.
Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop, test, and support Workday integrations.




Participate in on-call support rotations and production support activities.

Required Skills
5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday.
2+ years of experience creating Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reports.
Strong expertise in Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Core Connectors.
Experience with SOAP and REST Web Services.
Solid knowledge of XML, XSLT, and Workday Report Writer.
Hands-on experience in end-to-end Workday integration development, testing, deployment, and support.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience building complex Workday reports and executive dashboards.
Exposure to ServiceNow for incident and change management.
Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, client-facing environment.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
