- Proficiency in Oracle CCS development, business rules, and workflow scripting.
- Experience with SQL/PLSQL and Oracle Database.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and develop scalable solutions.
- Positive troubleshooting, debugging, and production support skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred:

- Experience in the Utilities domain.
- Exposure to Oracle CCS implementation or upgrade projects.
