We are looking for a Senior Media Planner with strong Performance Marketing experience to join our Product Team.
This is not a conventional media-planning role. You will bring your hands-on understanding of digital advertising, campaign planning, optimization and measurement into the product ecosystem—helping us build tools that genuinely solve problems faced by media planners, buyers and performance marketers.
What You'll Do
- Bring 5 years of hands-on Performance Marketing / Digital Media Planning experience to the product team.
- Plan, execute and manage performance marketing campaigns for select Ven Technologies clients, ensuring strong delivery and performance.
- Work closely with Product, Analytics and Technology teams to translate real-world media challenges into product features, workflows and solutions.
- Deeply understand campaign planning, buying, optimization, measurement and reporting across digital platforms.
- Work extensively across Meta, Google Ads, DV360, Amazon Ads and other DSPs/ad platforms.
- Act as an advocate for media and performance marketing best practices, both internally with the Product Team and externally with clients.
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing media-planning and campaign-management processes and help build better solutions.
- Define requirements, use cases, KPIs and success metrics for product features.
- Act as the media-domain expert within the product team, ensuring products are practical,
scalable and relevant to industry users.
- Analyze campaign data and platform-level metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts and product managers to take ideas from problem statement → solution → product launch.
- Work closely with the Business Development team on pitches and presentations to prospective brands, bringing strong media strategy and performance marketing expertise to help win new business.
- Participate in client discussions, pitches and strategic conversations to demonstrate Ven Technologies’ capabilities and establish credibility with brands.
- Stay ahead of changes in the digital advertising ecosystem, platform capabilities, emerging DSPs and evolving performance marketing best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Media Planning.
- Strong hands-on understanding of Meta, Google Ads, DV360, Amazon Ads and preferably other DSPs/programmatic platforms.
- Strong knowledge of campaign objectives, audience targeting, bidding, optimization, attribution and performance metrics.
- Experience working with metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, reach and frequency.
- Ability to look beyond campaign execution and understand how media teams actually work—and how technology can make them better.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both business and technology teams.
- Curiosity about AdTech, MarTech, automation, analytics and AI-driven products.
- Experience in a media agency, performance marketing team, DSP, AdTech or digital advertising setting is preferred.
