Job Summary The role is responsible for driving B2B sales of Zinc Sulphate and inorganic micronutrients within the agro-chemical industry. The incumbent will be responsible for developing new customers,



managing the entire sales cycle from product approvals to order execution, and achieving sales targets as per management guidelines.

The role also involves managing distribution and dealer networks, coordinating with logistics and accounts teams, and handling government tenders and contracts. A strong background in the zinc sulphate or inorganic fertiliser industry is mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop current B2B customers for Zinc Sulphate and inorganic micronutrients across fertilizer blenders, agri-input companies, and institutional buyers.
- Manage customer interactions from product approvals and plant audits through to price negotiation, order closure, and execution.
- Achieve sales targets for Zinc Sulphate (Mono/Hepta) and other inorganic micronutrients as per management guidelines.
- Coordinate with logistics and accounts teams for timely delivery and payment collections.
- Develop and manage the dealer network across assigned territories.
- Handle government tenders and contracts within the agro-chemical sector.
- Generate and manage sales MIS to track performance and business insights.
