Job Responsibilities:-

· Profile, maintain and update records of all Dealers in the territory / unit.

· Enroll adopted Dealers for required set of training programs, evaluate their in office proficiency.

· Pitch new products and ensure new products training and product usage.

· Track and promote business engagement of adopted contractors with Asian Paints.

· Ensure the Dealers meet mandatory requirements and upgrade in the tier hierarchy.

· Ensure site evaluation & in office assistance for adopted contractors.

· Co-ordinate with TSO and other retail team members as and when required.

Role Requirements / Specifications

Essential –

· Full time (Regular Day Course) Graduation in any discipline with Min 50% Marks .

· Engineers will not be considered.

Desired





· Work experience in related area of 1 years would be preferred.

· Age: less than 28 years.

· Applicants should be Indian Citizens or hold relevant residence status .

· Comfort with basic MS Office for reporting purposes.

· Fluency in English, Hindi and any regional language is an added advantage.

· Good Communication.

· Confident and pleasant personality .

· Valuable selling and convincing skills.

· Should own and use a bike as the geography entails a lot of travel.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
