Job Title: Dispatch Head

Department: Dispatch / Logistics

Reports To: Operations Manager / Production Manager

Job Summary:

The Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily dispatch operations, ensuring accurate order processing, timely deliveries, proper documentation, inventory coordination, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily dispatch activities and dispatch staff.
Ensure accurate packing, labelling, and loading of goods.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Sales, and Transport teams for timely dispatch.
Verify dispatch documents (Invoice, E-way Bill, Delivery Challan, LR, etc.).
Maintain dispatch records and update MIS reports.
Monitor vehicle loading and ensure safe handling of products.
Resolve dispatch-related issues and customer delivery concerns.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
Manage dispatch schedules to meet delivery timelines.




Train and guide dispatch team members.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of dispatch and logistics operations.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Robust leadership and team management abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, ERP/SAP preferred).
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Problem-solving and time management skills.

Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (Logistics/Supply Chain preferred).

Experience:
2 + years of experience in dispatch, warehouse, or logistics operations, preferably in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical company.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
