Job Description

Arena Animation is looking for a creative and skilled Graphics & Motion Graphics Faculty who can train and guide students in graphic design, motion graphics, and related creative tools.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging and practical classes for Graphics and Motion Graphics.
Teach students concepts of graphic design, visual communication, animation, and motion graphics.
Provide hands-on training through projects and assignments.
Guide students in developing creative portfolios and industry-relevant skills.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry practices.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Graphic Design and Motion Graphics.
Proficiency in relevant software such as:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Premiere Pro
CorelDRAW
Good understanding of typography, composition, colour theory,



visual design, and animation principles.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain creative and technical concepts in a straightforward and practical manner.
Hindi or Gujarati communication skills preferred for better interaction with students.

Experience
1+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or teaching/training preferred.
Freshers with strong technical knowledge and a good portfolio may also be considered.
