Key duties and responsibilities of a production supervisor:
Staff Management:
Assigning tasks and responsibilities to production team members.
Coaching and training new employees.
Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback.
Addressing employee concerns and resolving issues.
Creating and managing employee work schedules.
Production Oversight:
Monitoring production output to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
Identifying and resolving production bottlenecks.
Implementing process improvements to optimize efficiency.
Maintaining accurate production records and reports.
Quality Control:
Performing quality checks on products throughout the production process.
Implementing quality control measures to minimize defects.
Investigating and addressing quality issues
Equipment Management:




Ensuring proper operation and maintenance of production equipment.
