Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, pitching products or services, and closing sales over the phone. The role requires strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a goal-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential or existing customers via phone to present products/services
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
Handle objections and negotiate to close sales
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries professionally
Keep records of calls, customer details, and sales progress in the CRM system
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Follow up on leads and build strong relationships with customers




Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' offerings

Key Requirements & Skills:
Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales/customer service role
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to persuade and influence customer decisions
Robust listening and problem-solving abilities
Confidence in handling rejection and staying motivated
Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM software (preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet targets

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
