Operate Komori six-color offset printing machine efficiently.
Set up printing jobs as per production schedule and job specifications.
Adjust feeder, ink, dampening, registration, and delivery systems.
Ensure proper paper loading and smooth machine running.
Monitor color consistency, registration, density, and print quality during production.
Conduct first-off approval and periodic quality checks.
Minimize wastage and ensure adherence to customer specifications.
Identify and rectify print defects such as scumming, ghosting, hickeys, set-off, and misregistration
Solid knowledge of offset printing processes.
Expertise in operating Komori six-color printing machines.
Understanding of color matching and print quality standards.
Ability to read job cards and production instructions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
