Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire recent franchise partners across India.
Present the franchise model and convert qualified leads.
Conduct franchise evaluations and coordinate agreement closures.
Develop regional expansion strategies and achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with Marketing and Operations for lead generation and franchise onboarding.
Build and maintain solid relationships with franchise partners.
Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and networking events.
Track sales pipeline and share regular MIS/reports with management

Requirements
7–15 years of experience in franchise sales or business development (preferably in the education or healthcare sector).
Strong understanding of franchise business models, financials, and regulatory compliance.
Willingness to travel across India as required.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
