Hiring: CRM Executive

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
Convert inquiries into successful business opportunities.
Draft and respond to qualified emails with customers and internal teams.
Maintain and update customer data accurately.
Prepare reports and manage data using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.




Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Ability to draft professional emails.
Strong inquiry handling and closing skills.
Positive organizational and time management skills.
Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
Preferred:
Experience in CRM, customer support, sales coordination, or client servicing.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Location Requirement:

Candidates should reside within 2 to 7 km* of the office location.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
