Reporting To: Supervisor / KSK Coordinator

Location: Karmika Seva Kendra (KSK) Centers across Delhi

Employment Type: Full-Time / Contractual

Language Requirement: Proficient in Hindi (Speaking & Understanding)

JOB SUMMARY

The Driver is responsible for safely operating the assigned vehicle and supporting Service Representatives in field operations across Karmika Seva Kendra (KSK) centers. The role includes timely transportation, operational assistance, and maintaining qualified conduct while interacting with staff, officials, and beneficiaries.

Maintain professional behaviour, ethical conduct, and respectful communication with staff, officials, and beneficiaries at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Vehicle Operations & Assistance

Drive assigned vehicles safely and responsibly as per operational schedules

Ensure timely transportation of Service Representatives

Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations

Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic upkeep

Assist Service Representatives in completing field activities on time
Vehicle Maintenance & Monitoring

Conduct daily checks of fuel, engine oil, brakes, lights, and tyre condition

Report vehicle repair or servicing requirements immediately

Maintain vehicle logbooks and trip records accurately




Digital & Operational Support

Assist with basic operational tasks using smartphones and digital devices

Help in handling scanners, printers, and other field equipment when required
Compliance & Professional Conduct

Always carry valid driving licence and vehicle documents

Maintain punctuality and discipline during duty hours

Always ensure qualified behaviour and ethical conduct

Follow organizational safety and operational protocols

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Qualification

Minimum PUC (12th Pass)

Experience

Prior experience as a commercial or field driver preferred

Language Requirement

Fluency in Hindi (mandatory)

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Valid Driving Licence

Familiarity with smartphones, computers, scanners, and printers

Ability to navigate government portals and fill digital forms

Knowledge of GPS and route navigation applications

WORKING CONDITIONS

100% field-based role across KSK Centers in Delhi

Versatile working hours depending on operational requirements

6-day work week

May require early morning or late evening duty during field activities

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
