KhataWise is a cloud-based GST-compliant accounting software built for Indian businesses, trusted by 1,000+ companies across India. We're hiring a Telecaller – Sales to connect with prospective customers, explain our product, and convert leads into free trial sign-ups and paid subscriptions.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads from website, ads, and referrals
Explain KhataWise features (GST, invoicing, inventory, TDS, reports) to prospects
Qualify leads and schedule demos for the onboarding team
Follow up with warm leads and trial users to drive conversions
Update call outcomes and lead status in CRM daily
Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
Handle basic pricing and product objections confidently
Requirements
Fluent in Hindi, Marathi, and English
Confident phone communication and convincing ability
Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools)
Target-oriented mindset
0–3 years experience in telesales, inside sales, or BPO (freshers welcome)
Graduate preferred; Commerce background is a plus
