ROLE OVERVIEW

We're looking for a versatile creative powerhouse who can both design stunning visuals and produce engaging video content. As our Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor, you'll own the creative output for our clients' brands and our own — from social media creatives and brand identity kits to reels, ad films, and explainer videos.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design high-quality graphics for social media, digital ads, websites, branding, and print
Edit and produce reels, promotional videos and ad creatives
Develop and maintain brand identity systems for multiple clients simultaneously
Collaborate with the marketing and content team to translate briefs into compelling visuals
Create motion graphics and basic animations for digital campaigns
Ensure all deliverables are on-brand, on-time, and up to platform specs
Mentor and guide junior designers or interns where required




Manage multiple projects and deadlines without compromising creative quality

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
3–6 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects
Solid portfolio showcasing both design and video work across digital channels
Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook and performance ads
Valuable understanding of brand guidelines and visual storytelling
Comfortable working with shoots: basic colour correction, cuts, and post-production
Eye for typography, composition, and colour theory

Pay: ₹14,538.43 - ₹35,000.00 per month
