We are looking for a Jewellery CRM Executive to manage CRM activities, customer follow-ups, and sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update customer & lead data in CRM.
Make customer calls and handle enquiries & follow-ups.
Should have knowledge of jewellery products and designs.
Distribute leads among the Sales Team and coordinate for timely action.
Take follow-ups from the Sales Team and update lead status in CRM.
Track customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales updates.

Requirements:
Positive communication and follow-up skills.
English, Hindi & Gujarati proficiency.
Valuable computer & CRM knowledge.
Jewellery industry experience preferred.
