Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads.
Explain the company's IT services, including Website Development, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SMO, and other digital marketing solutions.
Understand customer requirements and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain solid customer relationships.
Update customer information and call records in the CRM or Excel.
Achieve daily calling and monthly lead generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude during customer interactions.





Requirements
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi (basic English communication is an advantage).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
Robust interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Quick learner with a positive attitude.
